To the temporarily able-bodied, the thought of having less than four limbs raises the specter of a more limited life, an existence defined by what you cannot do (or what you cannot do as easily as you did before). And people who have an amputation when they are old enough to understand what is is that they are losing often have similar feelings, at least at first.
But a remarkable aspect of the limb loss/difference community is how positive so many of its members are. In this podcast, we list the top 5 things about limb loss that we are each thankful for, and give the amp'd Army a little fun homework of their own at the end. Listen; laugh (we hope); and get fired up by this episode.
